Green Beans.........................1/2 cup
Chicken Breast......................113 grams

Maple Syrup.......................3 tsp
Tomato Paste.....................1 tsp
Arrowroot Powder.............1/4 tsp
Apple Cider Vinegar..........1/4 tsp

Preparation
Remove Ends:

Cooking Instructions

Cook the rice according to package directions.
2.
Blend the pineapple, maple syrup, tomato paste, arrowroot powder, and apple cider vinegar in a blender. Set aside.
3.
Steam the green beans for three to four minutes or until soft.
4.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about seven to eight minutes.
5.
Add the sauce and the beans, and cook for one minute or until warmed through.
6.
Serve warm on rice!
