She is dedicated to pushing nutrition forward and has unique skills in creating and implementing nutrition education programs. At The Queen City Dietitian, Amanda helps her clients achieve their health and wellness goals by providing personalized nutrition plans and education.
ELLEN KESSLING
Dietitian Consultant
Ellen is an Accredited Practising Dietitian & Nutritionist based in Australia and Lead Dietitian at My Dietitian Clinic.
She specialises in gut health and digestive health and has founded “The IBS Program” to help those with Irritable Bowel Syndrome reduce their symptoms and improve their quality of life. Ellen also loves treating all things women's health, skin health, and hormone imbalance.
