Sea Salt.......................1/2 tsp

Peel & Dice:

Roughly Chop:
Parsley
Cooking Instructions
1.
Add the potatoes to a pot and cover with water. Boil for ten minutes or until the potatoes fall off of a fork when pierced. Drain.
2.
Add half of the salt and half of the butter to the potatoes. Mash the potatoes until they are your desired texture.

Season the steak with the remaining salt. Melt the remaining butter in a cast-iron skillet.
4. Add the steak to the skillet and cook for about two to three minutes per side, or until it has reached your desired level of doneness (rare, medium-rare, medium, etc.).
5.
Set aside and let rest for at least five minutes before slicing it.
6.
Add the green beans to the skillet and sauté for two to three minutes, or until browned.
7.
Serve topped with parsley and enjoy!
