Gluten Free Pasta (uncooked)..1/4 cup
Butter........................................1 tbsp
Extra Virgin Olive Oil................1 tbsp
Shrimp......................................113 grams
Arugula.....................................1 cup
Chives............................1 tbsp
Chilli Flakes.....................to taste
Lemon Juice....................1 tbsp
Preparation
Peel & Devein:

Cooking Instructions
1.
Cook the spaghetti according to the directions on the package. Remove from heat, strain and run cold water over the pasta to prevent over-cooking.
2.
In a skillet over medium heat, add half the butter and extra virgin olive oil.
3.
Add the shrimp and cook for 1 to 3 minutes per side or until the shrimp are no longer translucent.
4.
Remove the shrimp and set aside.
5.
Add the arugula to the pan and sauté until just wilted.
6.
Add the cooked pasta to the pan along with the shrimp, lemon juice and the remaining butter and olive oil.
7.
Toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve and top with chives, chili flakes and salt and pepper. Enjoy!
