Cooking Instructions

Place the marinated chicken thigh on the baking sheet, skin side up. Keep the remaining marinade.

Toss the carrot, potato and onion in the remaining marinade until evenly coated.

Spread the marinated carrot and potato around the chicken on the sheet pan.
