Cooking Instructions
1.
Prepare the rice according to the package instructions. For jasmine rice, use a water ratio of 1:1.
2.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add half of the cooking oil (1/2 tbsp for 2 servings) to the pan. Add the green beans and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Sprinkle salt into the pan and continue to stir-fry
3.
Set the cooked green beans aside.
4.
In the same pan, keeping the heat at medium-high, add the remaining cooking oil (1/2 tbsp for 2 servings). Add the minced pork to the pan and stir-fry until it is browned.
5.
Reduce the heat to medium. Add the garlic and chili pepper to the pan and stir-fry for another minute.
6.
Return the cooked green beans to the pan. Add the mixed sauce to the pan and stir-fry for another 2 minutes, ensuring everything is well combined and heated through.
7.
